Elan 45 Impression is a new sailboat from Slovenian shipyard Elan Yachts. Elan 45 Impression is characterized by contemporary design, top quality and excellent sailing performances. The hull is constructed of laminated fiberglass grid and below the water line is coated with a vinylester resin. The deck is balsa cored for insulation.
Elan 45 Impression has a wide and elegant cockpit is well protected from water and sunlight thanks to sprayhood and a large bimini that can be set up. Carbon steering wheels are light and easy to manage. On the pedestal of each wheel are mounted instruments and compasses. Large swim platform provides easy access to the sea but also protects against splash of waves. In the middle of the cockpit is a wooden table with folding sides and a handrail made of stainless steel. Around the table were placed two benches with cup holders and cabinets for storage beneath them.
The interior is of traditional design, airy, with bright colors and clean lines. Next to the boats stairway is a L shaped galley with double sinks, big enough workspace and cabinets. Opposite the galley is placed navigation station. The central part of deck occupies a large salon, with comfortable U shaped settee, longitudinal bench and wooden table between them. Elan Impression 45 has two large aft cabins and two cabins in the bow, large and small cabin with bunk beds. Moreover there are two bathrooms.
