British Virgin Islands

British Virgin Islands is an archipelago of the Lesser Antilles located in the Caribbean Sea, east of Puerto Rico. They are overseas territory of the United Kingdom. British Virgin Islands are the most popular charter destinations in the Caribbean and one of the world's most famous tourist destinations.

British Virgin Islands consist of 60 islands and islets scattered by sea surface of 150 square kilometers. The islands are mainly of volcanic origin. The capital of the British Virgin Islands is Road Town, located on the island of Tortola. Tortola is the largest and most populous island, business, financial and tourist center of the BVI. Tortola is adorned with idyllic sandy beaches with lots of sea activities such as sailing, diving, surfing, snorkeling, windsurfing and other. On Tortola there are three main marinas and charter bases, Eastend JY Harbour View, Road Town port and Hodges Creek marina.

Virgin Gorda is one of the most popular British Virgin Islands because of the beach Baths that looks like large tropical aquarium due to the abundance of beautiful rocks.

On the island Beef, east of Tortola, is situated international airport of British Virgin Islands.
