DAY 1: From town of Dubrovnik to island Kolčep or island Lopud

On the south Croatia lies one of the most beautiful Mediterranean towns, Dubrovnik. Dubrovnik is town of rich history, valuable cultural and religious heritage and beautiful nature. 6 km from the town of Dubrovnik, at the mouth of the Ombla river, is situated ACI marina Dubrovnik. The ACI Marina Dubrovnik has a supermarket, swimming pool and restaurants so there you can relax, prepare for your sailing holidays and do shopping there. As you will probably start after 17:00 local time you will have just enough time to sail to island Koločep or island Lopud depending on weather or choice.

Island Koločep is the southernmost inhabited island in Croatia, one of the Elaphite islands. It is located 5.5 nm westward from Dubrovnik. Koločep is characterized by its beautiful beaches, restaurants and cultural monuments.

Island Lopud is the second largest island of the Elaphite islands, between island Koločep and island Šipan, located 7.5 away from Dubrovnik. Lopud has over 2584 hours of sun per year and is rich in greenery, plants, bushes and trees. The island is famous for its sandy beaches, in especially the bay of Šunj with restaurants and cocktail bar. In the morning, sail away to the Okuklje bay.

DAY 2: From island Koločep or island Lopud - Okuklje bay on island Mljet - Polače bay on island Mljet

Okuklje bay is a peaceful little village and attractive landlocked anchorage on the island of Mljet, 12 nm away from the island of Lopud . Okuklje can be quite busy with visiting yachts, but there is usually space for one more. There are few restaurants with moorings in the harbor. Moorings in front of the restaurants are free for visitors who will have dinner there and most of them offer electricity and even water.

After the break in Okuklje bay, sail off to 10 nm away Polače bay. Polače bay is a sheltered anchorage within the National Park Mljet, with a few restaurants with moorings and a mini market. This is good starting point for visiting National Park, monastery and lake on Island Mljet. You will be obligated to pay national park ticket for boat as well for each person going to national park by rented bikes or organized park vehicle. After overnight in Polače bay, in the morning sail off to the Žuljana bay.

DAY 3: From Polače bay - Žuljana bay on Pelješac peninsula - town of Korčula

Žuljana is located on the southern coast of the Pelješac peninsula, 12 nautical miles away from the town of Korčula. The bay Žuljana is among the most famous on the southern Adriatic for its beautiful sand and pebble beaches that are especially suitable for children because of the shallow and clean sea. There is a currency exchange office, store, restaurant and cafe. After swimming and resting in Žuljana bay, head to town of Korčula.

Korčula is town placed on east coast of the island Korčula. With its narrow streets, old buildings, walls and towers, Korčula is a fascinating place and deserves plenty of time spent wandering around its streets soaking up the atmosphere. Korčula is one of the best preserved medieval towns in the Mediterranean and it is also the birthplace of well - known merchant traveler Marco Polo. If the ACI Marina Korčula is full, you can anchor in the next bay and walk across the headland or in the nearby marina Lumbarda.

DAY 4: From town of Korčula - Lovište bay on Pelješac peninsula - island Šćedro

After night in Korčula, in the morning sail towards Lovište bay. Lovište is a village on the far western part of Pelješac peninsula, situated in one of the most beautiful bays on the peninsula. Lovište is famous for its beautiful beaches that are carved in the small coves. Lovište is an attractive destination for many sailors who come with boats and yachts during the summer, and in the village there are several restaurants. Afternoon continue the route island Šćedro.

Šćedro is a small island located along the south coast of the island Hvar. Because of its pristine and pure nature, Šćedro is protected as Nature Park. The bays of Šćedro are known as anchorages and safe harbors from old times. Besides beautiful beaches and bays, Šćedro has a several small restaurants whose owners are mainly from the nearby town of Zavala on the island of Hvar. After overnight on Šćedro, head to the Stončica bay.

DAY 5: From Lovište bay - Stončica bay on island of Vis - town of Vis

Stončica is located on the northeastern side of the island of Vis, 6 km from the Vis port. Stončica is known for its beautiful sandy beach, tavern Lanterna and natural overgrown palm trees. There are also several private houses that offer accommodation. After swimming and dining in Stončica bay, we suggest you to sail towards town of Vis.

The town of Vis is situated on the north side of the island Vis in a well-protected bay of St. Juraj. Vis is a town of rich sacral heritage and a history that dates back to ancient times. In the Vis there are a dozen restaurants and taverns where you can taste the traditional dishes such as Vis flat cake or Brodetto and try autochthonous sort of Vis wine, Vugava. Vis port is located in the most retracted southwestern part of the gulf, has about 100 berths, and is protected from the influence of the open sea. Recently are completely renovated waterfronts in Kut and Vis, which offer a safe berth, water and electricity supply, sanitary facilities and many additional contents for boaters. Safe mooring is also possible at one of the many buoys in the bay or anchoring in the bottom of the bay in front of the gas station. In the morning sail towards Porat bay on the island Biševo.

DAY 6: From town of Vis - Porat bay on island Biševo - town of Komiža

Porat is a sandy bay on the northwest part of the island Biševo. A beautiful sandy beach is full of tourists in season, both those who reside on Biševo, and those who came on trip with tourist boat from Komiža. In Porat is a bar and two fish restaurants. Due to its attractiveness and clear sea, the bay Porat is one of the most beautiful bays in the world. After the bathing and relaxing, head for the town of Komiža.

Komiža is a town located on the west coast of the island Vis, in a deep Komiža bay, below the Hum hill. Komiža is the first place in Croatia visited by Pope, Pope Alexander III in 1177. Komiža has several beautiful beaches, such as the famous Kamenice beach with sources of ice-cold water from a stone, rich with shade of tamarisk trees, every night turns into a party zone. In Komiža there are numerous restaurants and taverns where you can taste delicious island dishes and wines. After a relaxing night in Komiža, in the morning, sail away towards the Pribinja bay on the island Hvar.

DAY 7: From town of Komiža - Pribinja bay on island of Hvar - town of Stari Grad

Pribinja is a beautiful bay on the west coast of island Hvar. Pribinja bay is adorned by dense pine forest and crystal clear sea. The bay provides secure protection from strong winds and inclement weather. In the bay Pribinja is a tavern Ringo with delicious dalmatian dishes and always fresh fish and seafood. After bathing and dining at Pribinja bay, make a trip to town of Stari Grad.

Stari Grad is a Dalmatian town situated on the west side of the island of Hvar. The rich history of the Stari Grad dates back to 384 when it was inhabited by ancient Greeks from the island of Paros who established the city and named it Pharos. Stari Grad has a multitude of religious monuments and architectural sites, from which is most important the Stari Grad Plain, which is under the protection of UNESCO. Today, town Stari Grad is an attractive tourist destination, not only on island Hvar but also in whole Dalmatia. Gulf of Stari Grad has more than 40 attractive sandy, gravel and rocky beaches of which are the most famous Banj and Lanterna beaches. Berths in the port of Stari Grad are equipped with buoys and connections for water and electricity. Next morning sail away to the Vinogradišće bay.

DAY 8: From town of Stari Grad - Vinogradišće bay on island St. Klement - town of Hvar

Island St. Clement is the largest island in the archipelago Paklinski otoci. Vinogradišće is a large sandy bay on the south side of the island of St. Clement, in the village of Palmižana. It is surrounded by a thick pine forest and lots of fragrant and exotic plants. The bay is protected from the southwest winds. In the Vinogradišće bay there are several restaurants and taverns with traditional fish specialties and fine Dalmatian wines. After an afternoon swim and rest in Vinogradišće, spend the day in town of Hvar.

Hvar is a city on the western part of the island of Hvar, whose is the largest settlement. Hvar is a town of rich history and culture and is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Croatia. Be sure to visit some of the numerous Hvar restaurants and taverns and taste traditional dishes such as the famous Hvar gregada or Dalmatian pašticada. Hvar port offers payable mooring with the landfill, connections for electricity and water, and close to it is gas station. Hvar is also one of the most famous Dalmatian cities that offer a rich night life in clubs such as Carpe Diem, Veneranda and others.

DAY 9: From the town of Hvar - island Proizd - town of Vela luka

Proizd is a small island located northwest from island of Korčula, at the the entrance to Vela Luka bay. It is characterized by dense Mediterranean vegetation, crystal clear sea and beautiful beaches. Although the coast of Proizd is mostly stony and rocky, north side of the island hides a small paradise. There are so called. Bili Boci, three divine beaches of white cliffs immersed into beautiful blue sea. On the south side of the island is located Perna bay, the main anchorage for boaters who sail with their boats and yachts along the Dalmatian islands. In the bay Perna is a small dock and diner with local specialties. Afternoon sail away to the town of Vela Luka.

Vela Luka is a town on the west side of the island of Korčula, at the bottom of 9 km deep bay. Vela Luka is the largest and most developed settlement on the island. Thanks to the beautiful bay and beaches that surround it, the mild Mediterranean climate, quality gastronomy and rich cultural heritage, Vela Luka is one of the most visited destinations on the Adriatic islands. Vela Luka is surrounded by many beautiful bays and beaches among which especially the Mikulina Luka, Gradina and Stratinčica. If you do not find free berth in Vela Luka, also several restaurants in Vela Luka offer berths. In the morning sail away towards the village Ubli on island of Lastovo.

DAY 10: From town of Vela luka - village Ubli on island of Lastovo - Skrivena luka bay on island of Lastovo

On the southwest side of the island Lastovo there's a village Ubli. The village Ubli is known for the remains of an early Christian basilica of St. Peter from the 6th century. In the village there are two taverns, cafe, shop and gas station. Ubli has concrete beach Pionir in the shade of pine trees, and near the Ulbi is bay Zaglav. After a rest and a bathing in Velika Stupica, sail away to Skrivena luka bay.

Skrivena luka is located on the southern part of the island of Lastovo. It is one of the most attractive and safest bays on the island. As its name implies, is hidden from strong winds and provides safe shelter for boaters. At the entrance to the bay lies the Cape of Struga with a beautiful lighthouse from the 19th century. The bay has few restaurants and two beautiful beaches, Portorosso and Kujenčeva ropa.

DAY 11: From Skrivena luka - Lastovnjaci - Pomena bay on island of Mljet

After a relaxing night in Skrivena luka bay, sail away towards the beautiful archipelago Lastovnjaci. Lastovnjaci or Lastovci is a group of 13 islets and reefs scattered around the island of Lastovo. Lastovnjaci together with island Lastovo and the island group Vrhovnjaci makes Nature Park Lastovo Islands. Lastovnjaci are characterized by thick pine forests, steep banks, underwater caves and rare plant and animal species. On the islet Saplun is a beautiful bay where you can anchor and take a swim. Afternoon sail away to the Pomena bay.

Pomena is a small settlement located in a beautiful bay on the northwestern part of island Mljet. A former fishing village, Pomena is today a tourist destination of rich content. Due to the proximity of Mljet National Park and Veliko and Malo lake, Pomena is the most popular destination on the island Mljet. You can anchor in the bay Pomena, or moor on charged buoys in front of the hotel with water and electricity supply. Pomena also have few restaurants with moorings. In the morning sail towards Sobra bay.

DAY 12: From Pomena bay - Sobra bay on island of Mljet - Prapratno bay on Pelješac peninsula

Sobra is a village and main port of  island Mljet, located in the bay on the north coast of the island. Sobra its economy based on tourism and port traffic. Sobra is connected daily by ferry line Sobra - Prapratno that connects the island of Mljet and Pelješac peninsula. In Sobra there is a shop and three restaurants. After an afternoon swim and rest in Sobra, sail away to Prapratno bay.

The Prapratno is bay and the ferry dock on the south side of the Peljesac peninsula, 3 km from Ston. Prapratno is characterized by long sandy beach surrounded by pine forest. The beach is extremely shallow, making it ideal for families with small children and non-swimmers. After swimming and overnight in the Papratno bay, the continue the route to the Saplunara bay.

DAY 13: From Prapratno bay - Saplunara bay on island of Mljet - island Šipan

Saplunara is a village and inlet on the southwestern part of island Mljet. Saplunara is one of the last intact pearls of the Adriatic, which is a protected as a significant landscape. Salpunara has two beautiful sandy beaches, Velika and Mala Salpunara that stretch along kilometer long bay. In Salpunara there are two restaurants and a bar. After a rest and enjoyment on Salpunara, route continues towards to the island Šipan in Elaphite archipelago.

Šipan island offers undisturbed anchorages with a friendly village atmosphere at the main town Šipan Luka. An amazing botanical garden has developed along the mainland coast between Slano and Ston where ancient seafarers brought plants from all over the world. The town is a pleasingly scruffy confusion of fishing boats, nets and rusty anchors, a crumbling palazzo and a few open air restaurants. In the morning your route ends where it began, in the city of Dubrovnik.

DAY 14: From island of Šipan to the town of Dubrovnik

Dubrovnik is 18 nm away from island Šipan. You have enough time to explore this beautiful historic town of Dubrovnik and visit famous Walls of Dubrovnik, Rector's Palace, Sponza Palace and Dubrovnik's Baroque Cathedral which are parts of historic city of Dubrovnik protected by UNESCO. We recommend you to visit one of restaurants in Dubrovnik and taste the traditional dishes of this region. You can also catch up on last minute shopping in souvenir shops on Stradun.
