-------------------------------------------------- BOOKING CONDITIONS **Cancellation Terms** A refund of up to 60% is available if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, excluding management fees. **Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA)** The price of the booking does not include fuel, mooring fees, provisions, and other additional costs, which amount to approximately 30% of the total booking value. **Deposit** The deposit amount is €1,000. **Check-in/Check-out** - Day Charter: Check-in at 11:00 AM, Check-out at 7:00 PM - Weekly Charter: Check-in at 12:00 PM, Check-out at 9:00 AM **Boat Rules** For a "Day Charter," a courtesy cabin is available. For an "Overnight Charter," full access to all cabins is provided. **Port Availability** During peak season or major events, mooring availability may not be guaranteed and must be confirmed directly with the ports. **Legal Notices** The General Conditions published on the website "www.aquariva.ch" are fully applicable and are deemed accepted in their entirety.
