BOOKING CONDITIONS
**Cancellation Terms**
A refund of up to 60% is available if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, excluding management fees.
**Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA)**
The price of the booking does not include fuel, mooring fees, provisions, and other additional costs, which amount to approximately 30% of the total booking value.
**Deposit**
The deposit amount is €1,000.
**Check-in/Check-out**
- Day Charter: Check-in at 11:00 AM, Check-out at 7:00 PM
- Weekly Charter: Check-in at 12:00 PM, Check-out at 9:00 AM
**Boat Rules**
For a "Day Charter," a courtesy cabin is available. For an "Overnight Charter," full access to all cabins is provided.
**Port Availability**
During peak season or major events, mooring availability may not be guaranteed and must be confirmed directly with the ports.
**Legal Notices**
The General Conditions published on the website "www.aquariva.ch" are fully applicable and are deemed accepted in their entirety. The booking is governed exclusively by Swiss law, with exclusive jurisdiction in Bülach, Switzerland.
